How is CareerMEP different from a personality or interests test?
Most assessments ask who you are or what you like. CareerMEP asks what keeps you moving — the conditions that fuel or drain your career momentum over time. It focuses on sustainable movement, not just fit.
Is this a job fit assessment?
No. CareerMEP does not tell you which job to take. Instead, it helps you understand the patterns that affect your growth, stagnation, recovery, and flourishing in any role or transition.
Are there right or wrong answers?
No. The most useful results come from honest responses about your typical experience — not how you think you should answer. Trust your first instinct.
How long does it take?
Most people complete the questionnaire in 15–20 minutes. There is no time pressure.
Who will see my responses?
Your responses are confidential and will only be shared with your facilitator. They will not be visible to employers or organisations without your knowledge.
